THE CRUCIBLE

The physical realm helps us understand spiritual realities. In this film titled The Crucible, starring Elder Ace Ali, the founder of Truth Provided Remnant, shares the process of sanctification—a journey each of us must undergo in preparation to live with Christ forever. Sin is a filthy mess that only Christ can cleanse. He humbled and humiliated Himself to depths we will study throughout the endless cycles of eternity. Yet the more we come to understand in the heavenly Canaan, the more we will be amazed by the love of God.

This film also explores the question: What is Truth? Simply put, God is Truth—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—each revealed in Scripture as Truth (John 14:6 KJV; John 14:11 KJV; John 16:13 KJV). God’s Word became flesh to reconcile fallen humanity to the Father (John 1:14 KJV).

The plan of salvation involves fire. Our prayer and appeal is that we seek forgiveness, forsake all sin, accept biblical correction, and allow ourselves to be tested and refined now—so we don’t have to burn with our sins later. One way or another, there will be fire. Once we survive the fire of correction now, we will be found precious in God’s sight when the process is complete.

The Bible tells us that God created human beings in His image and likeness (Genesis 1:26 KJV). However, that image was marred when sin entered the world. Each of us is born into sin as sinners (Psalm 51:5 KJV), and the plan of salvation is to restore us back to God’s image and likeness—if we let Him. Let God refine us now like silver and gold (Zechariah 13:9 KJV). His love is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29 KJV). God wants to make us new, but the sin in our lives must be taken away through a realization of our error, repentance, and a turning away from sin. In turn, God corrects us and makes us like Him, fireproof and holy.
